We ship to all EU countries. Free standard shipping for orders over €99; below that it costs €6.90. Delivery 2-5 business days in Italy, 3-7 for the rest of Europe.

• Express — €12.90. Delivery 1-2 business days in Italy.

You have 14 days from delivery to request a return. Sealed products must be returned unopened. Returns are free for defective, faulty or missing items — for these claims a complete, uncut unboxing video is mandatory (see FAQ → Claims for details).
