Terms & Conditions

These Terms apply to every order you place through the website of Nerd Vault. By using the website and placing an order you accept these conditions. Conflicting or differing customer conditions are only accepted if we expressly agree to them in writing.

Products shown in the shop are not binding offers but an invitation to order. By submitting an order you make a binding offer. We confirm receipt of the order by email; the contract is formed only by express acceptance or shipping confirmation, or upon delivery. If a product is unavailable, we notify you and refund any payment already made.

All prices are in euro and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct obvious price errors. Payment is processed via Base44 Payments / Stripe; the available methods are shown at checkout. The price is due when the order is placed and is handled directly by the payment provider.

Shipping methods and costs are described on the Shipping & Returns page. Delivery times are estimates and non-binding; carrier delays do not give rise to automatic compensation. Delivery is made to the EU countries listed there.

Pre-orderable products are marked accordingly. The product is shipped as soon as it becomes available; the estimated date is shown on the product page. Pre-orders can be cancelled until shipping begins.

As a consumer you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from receipt of the goods. Sealed products must be returned unopened. Return costs are borne by the buyer, except for defective, faulty or non-conforming items. Details are on the Returns page.

For any claim regarding damaged, faulty or missing goods, a complete, uncut unboxing video is mandatory, starting from the handover by the courier and clearly showing the issue. Claims without this video cannot be processed. The statutory warranty remains unaffected; packaging and transport damage must be reported immediately with the video.

We guarantee the authenticity of all products. For single cards, the stated condition (Mint, Near Mint, Lightly Played, Played, Sealed) is a professional assessment but not an official grading; ratings by third-party grading companies (PSA, CGC, BGS, etc.) may differ and are authoritative for their certificates.

The condition and value indications produced by the AI Scanner are indicative and do not constitute an official certification or binding price guarantee. We accept no liability for decisions derived from them (e.g. grading submission or resale).

The delivered goods remain our property until the purchase price has been paid in full.

We are liable without limit for intent and gross negligence and under mandatory law. For slight negligence only in the event of a breach of essential contractual duties and only up to the amount of the typical foreseeable damage. Liability for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the products is excluded.

All content on the website (texts, images, logo, design) is the property of Nerd Vault or the respective rights holders and may not be reproduced without permission. The Pokémon, One Piece and Dragon Ball trademarks and logos belong to their respective owners and are used without affecting their rights.

The European Commission provides an ODR platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged or willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration body.

The law of the Italian Republic applies, insofar as mandatory consumer protection law does not provide otherwise. For claims by a consumer, the statutory jurisdiction at the consumer's place of residence remains applicable.

We may update these Terms; the current version is published on the website. Should any provision be or become invalid, the remaining provisions remain unaffected; the invalid provision is replaced by a valid one closest to its economic purpose.
